终身教育背景下科普场馆开展老年教育的思考

Reflections on the development of elderly education in popular science venues under the background of lifelong education

当前我国老龄化程度不断加深，而倡导终身学习、构建终身教育体系与建立学习型社会的实践热潮正在掀起，老年群体科学素质短板愈发凸显。《全民科学素质行动规划纲要（2021－2035年）》的颁布，为科普场馆践行“老年人科学素质提升行动”指明了方向。本文通过明确“终身教育”、“老年人”和“老年教育”等相关概念，梳理了日本和我国对老年教育的研究现状，指出我国目前老年群体的科普存在有四方面问题，最后对科普场馆如何开展老年教育进行了思考，通过对山西地质博物馆、北京文博交流馆、山西博物院的具体展览和活动进行案例分析，指出科普场馆在做好理念认识、硬件设施基础上，要大力创新开展适老活动，立足本身特色，积极与社区和老年大学整合相关资源，大力拓展老年志愿服务，为促进“积极老龄观、健康老龄化”实践提奠定坚实基础。

Abstract:

At present, the degree of aging in our country is deepening, and the upsurge of advocating lifelong learning, building a lifelong education system and building a learning society is setting off, and the shortcomings of the scientific quality of the elderly group are becoming more and more prominent. The promulgation of the "Outline of Action Plan for National Science Literacy (2021-2035)" points out the direction for popular science venues to implement the "Scientific Literacy Improvement Action for the Elderly". By clarifying the relevant concepts such as "lifelong education", "elderly education" and "elderly education", this paper sorts out the research status of elderly education in Japan and my country, and points out that there are four problems in the popular science of the elderly in China. After thinking about the development of elderly education, through the case analysis of specific exhibitions and activities of Shanxi Geological Museum, Beijing Cultural Museum Exchange Hall, and Shanxi Museum, it is pointed out that on the basis of good understanding of concepts and hardware facilities, popular science venues should vigorously innovate and carry out activities suitable for the elderly. Based on its own characteristics, it actively integrates relevant resources with the community and senior universities, vigorously expands volunteer services for the elderly, and lays a solid foundation for promoting the practice of "active aging concept and healthy aging".
