    摘要:

    科技创新团队是科学研究中最为活跃、最为积极的主体之一,能够在科技创新的突破中发挥关键作用,而其与城市创新环境的建设发展也存在着互动关系。本文锚定中国科大量子团队,进行跟踪研究并展开相关调查和分析,分析了科技创新团队与城市创新环境之间的相互作用。本文从政策、产业、基础设施、人才教育四方面对团队发展的城市环境进行分析;并在此基础上探究团队对城市创新环境互动关系。

    Abstract:

    The scientific and technological innovation team is one of the most active and active subjects in scientific research, which can play a key role in the breakthrough of scientific and technological innovation, and has an interactive relationship with the construction and development of the urban innovation environment. This paper anchored the quantum team of the University of Science and Technology of China, carried out follow-up research and related investigation and analysis, and analyzed the interaction between the scientific and technological innovation team and the urban innovation environment. This paper analyzes the urban environment of team development from the perspectives of policy, industry, infrastructure and talent education; On this basis, it explores the interaction between teams and urban innovation environment.
