科学传播是如何传播科学以使它服务于社会发展和人类幸福的社会行为,它是一种传播行为,更是一种如何看待科学的价值判断。人工智能时代对科学传播带来一些新的问题,从哲学和实践的角度来看,如何运用人工智能进行科学传播、如何传播人工智能是其中的两类基础性问题,这两类问题直接涉及人工智能时代科学传播是否高效和是否合理,它们构成了当代科学传播实践及合理性的基础。合理的运用人工智能进行科学传播,是人工智能时代科学传播必须遵循的技术前提,它构成了科学传播的技术规定性和内在尺度；如何传播人工智能,是科学传播对未来社会发展所需要的科学技术形态的一种判断和传播行为,它是科学传播的前置性问题和价值判断。

Abstract:

Science communication is the social behavior of how to disseminate science so that it can facilitate social development and human betterment, which is a specific communication practice, and a value judgment on science. However, the era of artificial intelligence has brought some new problems to science communication. From the perspective of philosophy and practice, the impact of artificial intelligence on science communication and the value judgment on controversies of artificial intelligence are two types of problems to be discussed, which directly involve the mode and value judgment of science communication in the era of artificial intelligence. They form the basis of contemporary science communication and its content selections. On one hand, science communication taking reasonable advantage of artificial intelligence complies with the technical premisein the era of artificial intelligence, which constitutes its technical specification and internal measures. On the other hand, whether to spread the controversies about artificial intelligence or not are the value judgement and choices of science communication based on its understanding of future forms of science and technology needed for social development, which are the prerequisite issue and value judgment of science communication
